Parking is metered. You can download the “paybyphone” app to set up payment. Copy and paste the link shown above. Allow appropriate time for your scheduled appointment and return to your vehicle.

Before entering the building, please be respectful to the other tenants and silence your phone keeping conversations and noise outside to a minimum. Absolutely no vaping, smoking, or paraphernalia of any kind is permitted on the premises. Children and other guests are not allowed in the waiting area(s) nor in the treatment room. Restrooms remain locked from the public. I can provide access during your scheduled visit.

Enter and exit building from 21st Street doors. Walk up the stairs and turn left towards the end of the hall, (if taking the elevator, we are on the 2nd floor and exit to your right down the hall). At the end of the hallway turn left we are in suite #252. While my door is closed, please wait quietly in the waiting area. For booked clients only, a phone number will be provided for you to text me of your arrival. If your service is scheduled after 5pm, I will greet you at the 21st street entrance for access to the building.

Treatment Room Etiquette

Welcome to Lighten Up, Babe

Please be courteous and come with clean face, skin, body, and intimate areas. Great hygiene habits are crucial for your skin success. Do not wear any cologne, parfums, or essentials oils to your appointment. Many colognes and perfumes contain synthetic chemicals that can act as endocrine disruptors by mimicking or blocking hormones. Essential oils can overpower the treatment room and can in some cases damage linens and equipment. Clients with face and body piercings, please let us know how to proceed. Clients with lash strips, clips, or extensions. Please be advised that our facials include oil-based cleansers, steam, masks, red and infrared light. We will not be held responsible for any lash damage or losses during or after facial treatment(s). When possible, come without them so that we can give you the best quality service for your skin. Thanks in advance for your consideration and courtesy.

Appointment Cancellation Policy

All appointments are reserved specifically for you.

Because of this, we require a minimum of 48 hours’ notice for any cancellation or rescheduling. Appointments canceled or rescheduled within 48 hours will be charged 50% of the service cost.

Same day cancellations or no-shows will be charged 100% of the service cost. Repeated late cancellations or no-shows may require prepayment for future appointments or may result in loss of booking privileges. If your card is invalid, you will have to pay for the no-show appointment in full prior to booking again.

Your appointment begins at the scheduled and paid time. 15 mins late is considered a no-show, and you will be charged 100% of the service cost. We use very high-quality products and once dispensed, they must be used or disposed of. Late arrivals place limits on your professional and relaxing experience.

These policies are in place because we are a small business and depend on you to show up and provide timely services for all scheduled clients, so please keep this in mind when canceling or rescheduling. By booking an appointment, you agree to this policy.

Terms and Conditions

Special Promotions Package Qualifying Rules:

This offer is only valid for in service treatments at Lighten Up, Babe LLC located at 305 21st Street, Galveston, TX 77550. Offer does not extend to anyone who is unable to be present for all promotional services in person. All promotional services must be paid in full, booking scheduled and completed within 3 months, or will be considered forfeited. Including the in-person consultation, clients must read, understand, and sign the consultation form. For best results 2 or more treatments should be scheduled each week. Services and products are non-transferable to any other products or services provided by Lighten Up, Babe LLC. Promotional services only apply to the person originating services and present during the initial consultation. No refunds or cancellations. Rescheduling will be considered if given proper 48-hour notice and rescheduled as the Esthetician schedule permits. We will not honor rescheduling more than one occurrence. Additional services and products recommended by Esthetician will be purchased separately during the scheduled appointment and are not included in this promotion. Skin Membership Qualifying Rules:

This offer is only valid for in service treatments at Lighten Up, Babe LLC located at 305 21st Street, Galveston, TX 77550. Offer does not extend to anyone who is unable to be present for all Membership services in person. All Membership services must be paid monthly prior to booking, apointments must be scheduled and exectuted within the paid timeframe of 4 or 6 month service, or will be considered forfeited. Including the in-person consultation, clients must read, understand, and sign the consultation form. Services and products are non-transferable to any other products or services provided by Lighten Up, Babe LLC. Membership services only apply to the person originating services and present during the initial consultation. No refunds or cancellations. Membership and promotional package appointments will automatically be deducted from the customers package or membership when they are mark as a no show. A no show is classified
as more than 15 mins late or not rescheduled prior to 48 hours. Additional services and products recommended by Esthetician will be purchased separately during the scheduled appointment and are not included in this promotion.
